Melaka Satay Celup Hotpot

 

 

 

1. Mix 200ml water with 1 packet Heng's Satay Celup Sauce. Bring to boil & keep boiling under low heat.

 

2. Add desired ingredients (prawn, meat, fish ball, etc) into the sauce.

 

3. Stir occasionally to avoid peanut from sticking at the bottom of the pot.

  4. Once cooked, serve hot with bread or rice.
 
      Serves 2-3
  *Note: For a Satay Hot Pot Broth, simply add 2 packets of Heng's Satay Celup Sauce (2 x 200g) into 1.5 liter hot water & mix well.
