Nyonya Rojak

 

Rojak is a traditional salad dish of vegetables & fruits commonly found in Malaysia. The term "Rojak" is Malay for mixture, so it means you can put in any ingredients to your liking, eg. tofu, fish cake. Spice up your home-made Rojak with Heng's Nyonya Sambal!

Sauce:

     1/2 bottle (130g) Store-bought Rojak Sambal Sauce

     1/2tbsp Heng's Nyonya Sambal

     2tbsp Water

     2tbsp Sugar

     1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar or Fresh Calamansi Juice

 

Ingredients:

    3 pcs Fried Tofu, cubed

    1 cup assorted Fish Cakes, cubed

    1/2 cup Cucumber, cubed

    1/2 cup Pineapple, cubed

    

    Roasted Sesame & Crushed Peanuts as garnish

 

Instruction:

     1. In a mixing bowl, put in all the ingredients for sauce & mix well.

     2. Add in prepared ingredients & toss well.

    3. Sprinkle garnishing on top of the salad & serve immediately.
