Torch Ginger Bud Fried Rice

 
 

Bored with the ordinary fried rice? Try adding Heng's Melaka Nyonya Sauce and it will be a whole new gastronomic experience. Your fried rice will never be the same again!

Let's spice up today!

 

Ingredients:

     1 packet (200g) Heng's Melaka Nyonya Sauce

     1 heap tbsp Minced Torch Ginger Bud

     700g Cooked Rice ( from 2 cups of raw rice)

     8 Medium Prawn, peeled & deveined

     1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables (Peas, Carrot & Corns)

     3 tbsp Soy Sauce 

 

Instruction:

    1. In a frying pan, add 1 packet of Heng's Melaka Nyonya Sauce & stir-fry until

        aromatic.

    2. Add prawns & vegetables. Stir-fry until prawns change colour.

    3. Add rice & mix well. Add soy sauce & toss well again.

    4. Serve hot with fresh cucumber & red chilli slices.
