1 packet (200g) Heng's Pongteh Sauce
1.2kg Chicken Thighs or Drumsticks
600ml Water
4nos Dried Mushrooms (Pre-soaked)
2 Potatoes in Small Chunks 

Cooking Method:
1. Pour & stir-fry Heng's Pongteh Sauce till fragrant.
2. Add chicken, potatoes and mushrooms.
3. Add water & evenly stir.
4. Let it simmer till cooked & serve it!
