Heng's Cantonese Steam Ribs

Ingredients:
1 packet (25g) Heng's Cantonese Steam Ribs Spices
20g red capsicum
20g green capsicum
500g Ribs
5g of Fermented Black Bean

Cooking Method:
1. Coat and mix well the ribs with Heng's Cantonese Steam Ribs Spices.
2. Add red and green capsicum
3. Add 5g of fermented black bean.
4. Steam for 20 minutes.
5. Ready to serve!
