Heng's Pepper Soup

Ingredients:
1 packet (25g) Heng's Pepper Soup Herbs & Spices
1kg Ribs
1.8L Water
1 bulb garlic
15g Wolfberries

Cooking Method:
1. Poach 1kg ribs in boiling water
2. Drain and set aside.
3. Boil 1.8L of water.
4. Add Heng's Pepper Soup Herbs & Spices.
5. Add 1 bulb garlic & ribs into the soup.
6. Cover & Simmer for 1.5 hours.
7. Add 15g wolfberries and cook for 5 mins
5. Dish up & enjoy!
