Heng's Stewed fragrant

Ingredients:
1 packet (50g) Heng's Stewed Fragrant Herbs & Spices 
20g Slice Ginger
1.5L Water
4 tbsp Light Sauce
4tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Garlic
800g Meat
2 tbsp Hua Tiao Wine
4 Fried Beancurd
4 Hard-boiled Eggs

Cooking Method:
1. Boil 1.5L of Water.
2. Add Heng's Stewed Fragrant Herbs & Spices.
3. Add light sauce, dark soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
4. Add meat, Hua Tiao Wine, fried beancurd, hard-boiled eggs.
5. Cover and Simmer for 1.5 hours.
5. Cut meat, egg and garnish it. Serve hot!
