Heng's Traditional Herbal Soup
Ingredients:
1 packet (50g) Heng's Traditional Herbal Broth Spices
1kg Ribs
200g Button Mushroom
100g Fried Beancurd
20g Spring Onion
1 Bulb Garlic
2tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Cooking Method:
1. Blanch ribs in boiling water, drain and set aside.
2. Boil 2L of water.
3. Add Heng's Traditional Herbal Broth Spices.
4. Add 1 bulb garlic, 2tbsp light soy sauce.
5. Cover & boil for 30 minutes.
6. Add ribs into the herbal soup.
7. Cover & simmer for 1.5 hours.
8. After 1.5hours, add beancurd, button mushroom and cook for 5 minutes.
9. Serve hot!
