Sambal Egg (Sambal Telur) is a delicious Malaysian delicacy. Combining cooked sambal with hard boiled eggs / fried egg, 
Sambal Egg is great with rice. You will be sure to enjoy this time-cherished flavour with your family and friends!

5 hard boiled eggs / Fried Egg
1 packet of Heng’s Sambal sauce
Asam Jawa Juice

Cooking Method:
1. Boil the egg until cooked / fried the egg until half cook.
2. Heat oil in a wok. When hot, stir fry Heng’s Sambal sauce until fragrant and oil rises.
3. Add asam jawa juice and seasoning. Put in cooked egg into the sauce and simmer it.
4. Dish out and serve hot with rice.
