Heng's Hainanese chicken rice

1 packet (100g) Heng's Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste
1kg Chicken
500g Rice
600ml Water
2 table spoons of Margerine
2pcs Pandan Leaves
50g Ginger
2pcs Spring Onion 

Cooking Method:
1. Add Ginger & Spring Onions in cavity, seal with toothpick.
2. Cook chicken in boiled water for 10 minutes.
3. Turn off heat and let it set for 45 minutes.
4. Soak the chicken in ice water for 15 minutes.
5. Cut the chicken into serving portion.

1. Add rice and water.
2. Add Heng's Hainanese Chciken Rice Paste.
3. Add margerine & pandan leaves.
4. Stir & cook.
